I know what it is to build something successful on the outside while quietly realizing that the way you built it isn't the way you want to keep living.
I've experienced the tension between achievement and alignment, between knowing what to do and having the capacity to do it without carrying everything myself. And I've learned that the most meaningful shifts don't happen when we find another strategy—they happen when we begin to see ourselves, our patterns, and our leadership differently.
That lived experience is at the heart of my work.
For more than two decades, I've brought together my experience as a licensed psychotherapist, executive coach, entrepreneur, and creator of the STEAR Clear & Anchor™ framework to help high-performing leaders close the gap between the success they've created externally and the congruence, peace, and capacity they're ready to hold internally.
The work is not about becoming someone different.
